K-content production company MooAm has announced on December 2nd the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SC Ventures, the venture arm of Standard Chartered Bank. This partnership is aimed at discovering and protecting story copyrights in the global creative environment, as well as establishing a connection between creators and investors.

At the U-KNOCK in Singapore, held in September 2024, MooAm introduced 'Dophink', a service dedicated to discovering and curating content IPs. Representatives from both companies have identified synergies between 'Project Engram', set to launch in Singapore in 2025, and 'Dophink', planning to explore various strategies to enhance the global creative ecosystem.
SC Ventures' 'Project Engram' is a new technological platform designed to help creators showcase their works and secure funding. The platform aims to maximize the value of intellectual property (IP) in the digital economy, allowing investors to tokenize IP and generate profits.
'Project Engram' is expected to launch in early 2025 in Singapore and will target IP and investors globally.
MooAm is planning to use 'Dophink' to introduce hidden Korean content IPs to the global market through this collaboration with SC Ventures, anticipating to establish itself as a competitive service in the global content market.
