최근 일부 해외 프로젝트에서 당사와의 단순 '프로덕션 서비스(Production Service)' 논의를 마치 확정된 '공동제작(Co-production)' 파트너십인 것처럼 과장하거나, 당사의 명의를 무단으로 사용하여 대외적인 신용을 확보하려는 사례가 확인되었습니다.

무암은 이에 대한 피해를 방지하고 올바른 정보를 전달드리기 위해 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

✅ 무암의 공식 파트너십 기준 무암이 참여하는 모든 '공동제작(Co-production)' 프로젝트는 당사의 공식 홈페이지 및 SNS 채널을 통해 공식적으로 발표됩니다. 공식 채널에 게재되지 않은 프로젝트는 당사와 지분이나 책임 관계가 없는 단순 용역(Service) 건이거나, 사실무근인 프로젝트입니다.

✅ 팩트 체크 (Fact Check) 단순히 견적을 문의하거나 '프로덕션 서비스 계약'을 맺은 것은 '공동제작'이 아닙니다. 당사의 명의를 이용해 투자를 유치하거나 제3자에게 금전적/행정적 지원을 요구하는 경우, 반드시 당사로 직접 사실 여부를 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

무암은 검증되지 않은 프로젝트가 당사의 이름을 악용하는 것에 대해 엄중히 대응할 것이며, 이로 인해 발생하는 제3자의 피해에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.

[OFFICIAL NOTICE] Clarification Regarding "Co-Production" Claims

MooAm Productions would like to issue an important notice regarding recent instances where our company name has been misrepresented.

We have identified cases where certain overseas projects falsely claimed MooAm as a "Co-producer" or "Official Partner" to gain credibility or secure funding, when in fact, the relationship was merely a discussion for production services.

Please be advised of the following:

1. Service Provider vs. Co-Producer: MooAm often acts as a "Production Service Provider" (Vendor) for international clients. This role is strictly limited to providing local filming services and does NOT imply that MooAm shares liability, investment, or ownership of the project.

2. Official Verification: Any legitimate "Co-production" involving MooAm will always be officially announced on our website and social media channels.

3. Fact Check: If a third party claims a partnership with MooAm to solicit funds or support, please verify the authenticity directly with us before proceeding. MooAm holds no liability for unauthorized claims made by third parties.
